Bosco Daniel
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Bosco Daniel is a dynamic and seasoned professional with over 4 decades of experience in the hospitality sector. Proving his prowess in the space, he created a stellar reputation in the industry. In the hospitality sector, he has worked as a hotelier for renowned organizations such Jumeirah, Le Meridien, Oberoi’s, and Taj Group of Hotels in Kuwait, Yemen, India, and the United Arab Emirates. In his fantastic career so far, Bosco has successfully handled a number of high-profile events in the industry, including the Dubai World Cup and endurance race catering throughout the Middle East, the UK, and the USA. He also developed and oversaw elite teams for years as the Director of Events and Operations at these important sites. Spearheading these projects, he kept instilling in them the value of “Can Do” and the maxim “Customer comes first”, which in many ways has now seeped into his business portfolio for UGR as well.

With the primary forte being pre-opening operations and post opening framework set up including recruitment, training & development, set up of departmental policies and procedures.
A hospitality background of Hilton Hotels, Jumeirah International & Emaar Hospitality, Channa brings to the table his well rounded experience in event management, bar operations, catering & the essentials of fine and casual dining.
Paul Hayward
SME - Creative Culinary
Paul Hayward is a world renowned, award winning Pastry Chef with over 30 years of experience and originally from England.
Paul trained under Master French, German and Swiss Pastry chefs and achieved the highest culinary qualifications possible in his field and worked in the premium Five Star Hotels and Resorts in London, Florida, Bahamas and Dubai.
Even though he is known for his pastry creations, few know he is also a fully qualified culinary chef which gives him a unique skill set to combine both cuisines into his projects. His style is very original using his years of experience travelling the globe, discovering many cultures, local flavors and has created his own unique style, combining classic combinations, local flavors, modern twists and his goal is very simple “Bring my customers dreams into reality” where his most important skill in his new role is training unskilled teams.
Some of his vast culinary experience covers modernistic cuisine, liquid nitrogen, themed cake sculpting, air brushing, chocolate, bread, and vegan, gluten free and cooking with many other dietary restrictions and enjoys a fun approach and original style and individually custom designs menus and items for his clients, to fit any need.
Paul has great experience in opening restaurants, coffee shops, hotels, and franchises including Ben & Jerry’s, Starbucks & ice cream brands.

Martin is a visionary hospitality leader with 35 years of international general management expertise, which enables him to predict luxury consumers’ demand, and create award-winning hotel, resort, and food and beverage concepts worldwide.
Martin has a track record of developing successful and trend-setting concepts for leading premium brands. A hospitality and resort innovator, he has travelled to over 100 countries, and lived in 14, researching globally to understand both current and future local demand.
His flair for gaining a head start on influential trends, and the superior delivery of his committed teams, Martin as the entrepreneurial and inspirational leader for whom Starwood created their one-time ‘Most Creative Innovator Award.’
Martin’s dedication and passion for hospitality, global travel and leadership of loyal teams contribute to his success. He is a self-confessed perfectionist who demands the most, delivers the best, and makes it fun.
Martin was instrumental in creating Starwood’s US$ 2BN APAC F&B division, developing over 80 restaurant concepts for Starwood Brands, which grew into 1600 active Asia Pacific and global brands, as a member of their top 100 senior leaders worldwide. With exposure to all F&B roles, gained in top hotels, plus a gift for creatively connecting the arts with hospitality, he is one of the most respected veterans in F&B, selected to open the now iconic first W Hotel in Asia. Since Starwood, he has developed multiple concepts/brands across Accor’s Luxury brands
Martin has opened 5 prestigious hotels worldwide, his renovation and leadership of The Westin Singapore introduced new luxury to the market and was recognized with a Golden Key Award; his transformation of The Westin Kuala Lumpur into the number 1 hotel in town resulted in it being sold for the highest price per room ever in KL. Most recently Martin was leading Accor’s Luxury Brands as Vice President, F&B, Luxe/Premium and Europe.
